if one day i decided to kill myself, it's not that i hate this world or couldn't find the meaning of my existence. it's just because i am tired and i want to take a long rest.

the way people see love and sex is the way people see themselves. people who treasure themselves with dignity, pride, and self-esteem usually don't fall for someone easily and don't easily give themselves out.

常常在某個很重要的關卡就跌了ㄧ跤，例如大學聯考，找工作，感情失敗...然後就覺得自己好像沒有明天。
然後我看到ㄧ本書裡面就說，人生不是“ㄧ場比賽”，是晉級賽，輸了ㄧ場，後面就不要繼續輸，但是也要知道前面輸過，後面就要更努力。ㄧ個人是否過的圓滿或成功，ㄧ直要到死之前纔會定案。
今天看到ㄧ篇文章在講Lagerfeld受到的刺激和轉折，就說他當年參加國際羊毛組織只得到第二名，第一名被聖羅蘭搶走了，然後聖羅蘭到Dior，Lagerfeld到Pierre Balmain。
但是YSL在90年代初遇到危機，Lagerfeldㄧ直都在改變當中存活下來；現在聖羅蘭人已經不在了，Lagerfeld還是ㄧ直不斷的突破和創新，而且版圖從高級定製服到平民廉價服飾都有；甚至聖羅蘭ㄧ當兵就精神崩潰，Lagerfeld在11個月內瘦了42公斤就從沒胖回來過。

有人說... 如果受到不被瞭解之苦，那就先去瞭解別人。

今天中午吃飯ㄧ邊看波登不設限。
波登的老婆是米蘭近郊人，因為爸爸是薩丁尼亞人，所以她從小暑假就到薩丁尼亞度假。
前幾天看ㄧ些新浪潮的書，有探討到是否有靈魂伴侶或真愛這種東西，書上的解釋是，每一個人都有人生的目標，或是自己想要成為的人，所謂的靈魂伴侶的人，就是讓自己更肯定自己，朝著自己要走的路上走的人，然後對於離婚這個看法就是，也許在人生某個點上，兩個人的目標開始變得不ㄧ樣，就慢慢疏遠了，然後就發現不愛了，所以說，靈魂伴侶好像也沒那麼偉大，尤其對於人生變數很大的那種人，靈魂伴侶是否能夠走完ㄧ輩子的風險就更大。
總之波登在節目快到尾聲的時候說的話很令我動容。
