Hello? I have a complaint to make!

I checked in a few days ago requesting a "smoking room". And your hotel put me into a smoking room. These days everything has been wonderful.. until this morning...

The cleaning lady came into my room and took away my ashtray. I asked her why she did that. She replied to me, "This is a non-smoking room."

*她的聲音已經氣到發抖了*

Can you explain to me why a booked smoking room could be a smoking room for 3 days but then turned into a non-smoking room out of no where? Can you explain to me why? Why? WHY??????

 

其實也沒有為什麼啦，只是政府公佈法令說1/11開始就全面禁煙，當然smoking room就變成non-smoking room啊。

可是當他們不願意相信這個事實的時候，他們就是不相信啊。
